Hammerbarn Time! (Keperra & Ferny Grove)

Bluey's Brisbane is the podcast that explores the real life world of your favourite Heeler family.

In this episode Justin and Lou have set up the card table in the north west of Brisbane in the suburb of Ferny Grove at the Aqua Park on Samford Road.

The Aqua Park is right next to 'The Dump' as seen on Bluey, and just down the road from Hammerbarn. The Keperra Bunnings is the real life inspiration for Hammerbarn, with it's fake grass, decorative flamingoes and pizza ovens.

There's also a nice connection with two of the new episodes that have dropped recently (Oct/Nov 2020) in 'Road Trip' and 'Dunny'.

Justin and Lou explore what's on offer for families in this part of Brisbane, as well as finding out a little of Brisbane's tram history with a visit to the Brisbane Tramway Museum, which is located on Tramway St in Ferny Grove.

For more info on the Kids Play Cafe visit the Ferny Grove Pure Tennis website.

If you'd like to walk or ride the Ferny Grove Rail Trail, check out the review on the Must Do Brisbane website.

Bluey's Brisbane is hosted by Justin Rouillon and Lou Bromley.
